Fleetwood's program spawns pure
competition among its dealers because the end user gets similar pricing from
all dealers. The difference in "buying power" equals greater
profitably for the higher level dealers. We believe this will motivate
those dealers to invest their most precious resource, time, thus creating
more projects at the design level. We call this "creating market
share".

Fleetwood dealers can increase
their profitability with greater commitment, which is manifested in full
size displays and growing sales volume. New dealers begin at the Bronze
level and can immediately move into the Silver level by purchasing
and installing a 96" X 120" display door. The next step up
the ladder is the Transition program, which offers Silver dealers
either Gold level or Platinum level.

centers are becoming an even stronger player in the market, it is wise for
